TLV never sells your personal data and carries out all its processing operations in the strictest compliance with European privacy laws. You will always have control of your personal information at all times. At TLV, we value your privacy and strive to make our services safe and suitable for everyone. This privacy policy establishes and explains how TLV collects and processes personal data, the purpose of its processing and how we protect them.

TLV is committed to the internet and its users. Therefore, one of our main commitments is to provide the most secure and confidential service possible, ensuring the privacy of communications and personal data of our users.

TLV guarantees compliance with data protection regulations, under the terms stipulated in Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter, LOPD).

Information collected by TLV:

  • Personal identifiable information: full name, address, telephone number and email address.

  • Financial data: NIF, intra-community operator number, bank account number, invoices and credits.

  • Device data: IP address (to comply with the European digital VAT law).

  • Registration data: domain and reference URL, page visits, geographic location, language of preference to navigate through the web and time
    of access to the pages.

7. Security and location of the data centre

The main TLV servers are housed in the data centre at SiteGround in Amsterdam (EU), in the IBM cloud in Amsterdam (EU) and Frankfurt (EU).

TLV has implemented various measures to ensure that your information is adequately protected against unauthorized access, use, transfer and deletion of data. Please keep in mind that the risk can never be definitively eliminated but can be mitigated and limited. All measures taken by TLV significantly reduce this risk. TLV will not be responsible for any third party, including yourself, in the case of unauthorized access, use and/or disclosure of information, provided it is not due to gross negligence, intentional misconduct, fraud or bad fait by TLV.

TLV adopts the security levels required by the GDPR appropriate to the nature of the data that is being processed at all times. Notwithstanding the foregoing, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be malicious actions by third parties, although TLV puts all the means at its disposal to avoid such actions. Safety measures adopted by TLV, among others, include:

  • Access to information stored on TLV servers is restricted to a limited number of TLV employees and third parties who may only access the information under very specific and limited circumstances, being subject to our strict confidentiality rules.

  • TLV servers are protected by (1) firewalls that establish a barrier between our trusted and secure internal network and the Internet, and (2) IP restrictions, which limit access to an authorized list of IP addresses

  • Each user can only access the information belonging to their TLV account.

  • We use HTTPS in all TLV services, to ensure the secure transfer of data and prevent third-party listening and attacks.

TLV will analyse its information collection and processing practices periodically to review and correct this privacy policy accordingly.

8. Accesses and assignments

TLV does not rent or sell your personal information information but may transfer your data to a limited set of trusted third parties in the following situations, which you explicitly accept when using our services:

We will notify you in advance of any modification through the email associated with your account. You hereby agree that this form of notification will constitute an appropriate notice in this regard.
